It is covered with a special textile material that is waterproof, scratch-resistant and washable. In addition, the soft eco-leather chin strap is hypoallergenic, washable and prevents skin irritation. The comfortable and breathable inner padding is made of 100% Merino wool: an antibacterial natural fiber, able to offer a unique level of breathability and temperature regulation. The inner shell is made of foam polystyrene and features three different levels of density to ensure absolute impact protection, comfort and lightness. Two honeycomb-shaped ventilation grilles embedded in the polystyrene ensure an intelligent ventilation system integrated into the helmet, which offers the rider plenty of cooling airflow and therefore additional comfort. For this reason, KASK helmets are equipped with KASK's patented self-adjusting size adjustment system in carbon look.
